Is this just for fashion retailers?+–
No. Retail Support supports all retail formats including convenience stores, specialty retail, department stores, electronics, home & garden, health & beauty and more.
Do I need to be good with tech to use it?+–
No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Retail Support. You just ask questions in normal language.
What can I ask it?+–
Almost anything operational — merchandising, inventory, margins, customer service, staff training, promotions, shrink control and more.
Does it replace my team?+–
No. It's there to support your team — to save time, reduce stress and help them make better decisions on the shop floor.
How do the 10 hours work?+–
Each live support call uses some of your monthly hours. They reset each month. Chat usage is unlimited and included.
Can I get more than 10 hours?+–
Yes. We can scale support for larger stores and multi-site retail groups. Just get in touch.
Is the information legally binding for HR, employment law or health & safety?+–
No. Retail Support gives practical guidance, not formal legal advice. For legal compliance, always refer to current legislation and official sources.
How long is the contract?+–
Monthly is rolling with 30 days' notice. Annual is a 12-month commitment at a reduced rate.
